Hi, my name is Thao and I live in Cornelius, North Carolina.

Flowers and baking has always been my biggest passion. The thought of combining them into some form of edible art seemed crazy to me at first, but some how I made it happen. I spent countless days and nights experimenting the buttercream recipes to finally develop my own buttercream that are so stable , so light that it almost melt in your mouth and more importantly, so flexible that it can be used to create delicate petals for my edible flowers.
